Luxurybrands.it is the web site through which Fashion Group Italia sells products made by over 100 international fashion brands worldwide.
Fashion Group Italia was created in 1996 to meet the needs of a changing market and the requests of consumers who demand high quality but want affordable prices.
With the experience made during two generations of business in the retail sector, we have reached agreements with prestigious boutiques worldwide to offer the finest in fashion.
Fashion Group Italia chooses clothing, footwear and accessories from important fashion houses, producers and dealers. The products are taken to a central warehouse where they are tested for quality control, photographed and catalogued.
All the relevant information is entered into a database. Once they have been catalogued, the products are made available online.

ORDER SECTION
What is the product reference file and how does it work?
The product reference file is the area of the website dedicated to the individual article that you have chosen. By clicking on the photo you will see an enlarged version of the image. Click on the “other views” link to see the back of the product or details of the material.
On the right of the photo there is a description of the product and of the composition of the materials.
Underneath the photo you will find information about the sizes available in real time.
On the right hand column the menu with the advanced search function is constantly available so as to enable you to keep an eye on the countless product options.
How can I purchase a product? (1)
Purchasing a product on Luxurybrands is quick and easy. You don’t need to register or provide personal data prior to purchasing. Look for the product you have in mind by using the search criteria proposed on the home page. Once you have been supplied with the results of your search, click on the product that you like best.
Each product is presented in detail in a reference file that contains a photograph and a brief description. Once you have chosen from among the proposals available, you can put the product into your shopping basket by clicking on ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING BASKET. The next window will confirm that the product selected has been added to your shopping basket and you can see the dispatch costs and select your preferred payment method. You can now continue shopping by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceed with your order by clicking on ORDER.
How can I purchase a product? (2)
If you decide to proceed with the order, remember that on the first page of the shopping basket section you can also select your preferred dispatch and payment methods.
At this stage the system will ask you whether or not you are a registered user. If you have already registered (recommended option to ensure quicker data insertion), just insert the data required, otherwise follow the indications provided and click on continue.
On the payment page you will have to provide the details of your credit card; remember that the transaction will come about on a secure server and that all your personal data will be protected. By clicking PROCEED WITH ORDER you will be brought to the confirmation page, where you will be provided with a summary of all the data and conditions applied to your order, so that you can check them and change them if you wish prior to completing the order.
By clicking on COMPLETE ORDER the information relative to your order will be forwarded to LUXURYBRANDS and you will be notified that your order has been completed successfully.
When will I receive my order?
From the time that you have completed your order, the delivery times and relative costs depend on the type of payment method chosen and the country for which the merchandise is destined.
Remember that the delivery times will be slower during holiday periods.
I saw a product yesterday but it’s no longer there today. What happened?
Luxurybrands is visited by approximately fifty thousand clients per month. It therefore may occur that you no longer find the article that you are looking for because it has already been sold, someone else got to it before you.
Don’t hesitate, you could lose out on a real bargain.
I saw a product but my size isn’t available, what should I do?
The products and sizes available on Luxurybrands are limited to the offers contained in the on-line catalogue, it is not possible therefore to order sizes that aren’t available.
DISPATCH SECTION
Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
VAT is already included in the price that you see on the web pages and in the shopping basket section.
When will I receive my order?
Fashion Group Italia will do its best to ensure that your order is delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
Remember that the delivery times may be slower during holiday periods.
What is the delivery search number?
It is the reference number that the SDA courier associates with your delivery.
You will find this number in the dispatch confirmation e-mail; always quote it when contacting the SDA courier directly or when trying to trace your order.
What happens if there is nobody home at the time of delivery?
The SDA courier delivers orders from Monday to Friday during normal office hours and will not arrange appointments.
The courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel on three consecutive working days, each time the courier will leave an attempted delivery notification, on which you will find the SDA contact number: 199 11 66 99.
After the third attempt, SDA will keep the parcel in its warehouse and you will be contacted by FASHION GROUP ITALIA by e-mail or telephone to receive new instructions regarding the delivery. If SDA cannot deliver the parcel to you in any way, it will be sent back to the FASHION GROUP ITALIA warehouse.
We recommend therefore that you provide a delivery address at which you will be easily reachable.
You may provide your workplace as a delivery address, indicating the name/company/firm/office and if necessary the street number or name on the intercom, the internal number, as well as indications of the presence of a porter or otherwise.
WARNING: Specify such information only in cases where you are allowed to receive personal deliveries in your workplace.
RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return one or more products by following these instructions:
- Call the Fashion Group Italia customer service number at 071959402,
you will be given all the information you require to return the product. - Send back the product free of charge using our SDA courier. The maximum time frame within which you should return the product is 15 days from the date on which you received your order;
- ensure that the products are in the same conditions in which you received them, with the LUXURYBRANDS tag still attached;
- returns should be sent back as a single delivery (products that are part of the same order will not be accepted if returned at different times).
If you comply with these conditions, Fashion Group Italia will reimburse you the full price of the products, not including delivery costs.
Fashion Group Italia will not accept your return if it is not compliant with all the conditions outlined here: in such cases the articles will be sent back to your address at your expense.
Can I exchange one product for another one?
If you are not satisfied with the colour, size or model of the product purchased you can return it and receive a reimbursement equal to the cost of the product.
It is not possible to exchange the product chosen for another one.
How much does the return delivery cost?
The return delivery is free of charge!
We would like to inform you however that your contribution for the (outgoing) delivery costs of your order will not be reimbursed.
When will I receive my reimbursement?
As soon as FASHION GROUP ITALIA receives your return and has checked that all the requirements have been complied with, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the returned product.
The reimbursement time depends on the payment method used:
- Purchase with credit/debit card: the reimbursement times depend on the bank that issued the credit / debit card, but this normally comes about within two statements. We would inform you that the value date of the new credit will be the same as that of the payment, therefore you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- Purchases via PayPal: the reimbursement will be made into your PayPal account and it will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the credit card company, but normally comes about within two bank statements.
- Purchase with cash payment on delivery: the reimbursement will come about on the current account indicated by you, therefore the reimbursement time depends on the correctness of the data that you insert, normally the reimbursement will be paid within one month.
In any case, regardless of the payment method, the reimbursement procedure comes about within 30 working days from the date in which FASHION GROUP ITALIA became aware of the exercise of your right to withdraw, that is, receipt of the withdrawal form.
We would remind you that your contribution to the delivery expenses will not be reimbursed, you will only receive reimbursement of the amount relative to the products that you decided to return.
PAYMENTS SECTION
How does payment come about?
On LUXURYBRANDS you can choose between three payment methods: by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery.
LUXURYBRANDS accepts: Visa, Visa ELECTRON, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
Visa ELECTRON requires the authorisation of the issuing back for use online.
An additional cost will be charged for cash on delivery payments.
If you wish to make a payment with a pre-paid or disposable card remember to not throw it away after your purchase. You may need it for recharging.
Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
VAT is already included in the price that you see on the web pages and in the shopping basket section.
Can I have an invoice for my order?
Yes, when you insert your data in the destination page you will be asked for the details that you wish to be shown on the invoice. Insert them and you will receive an invoice together with your order.
How can I be sure that my credit card information is protected?
Your data is safe with LUXURYBRANDS: all the information regarding your credit card will be saved on our server in a cryptographic form only for the time necessary to conclude the transaction, using a 128 bit digital certificate.
Once this information has been passed to the Banca Sella website by means of a cryptographic protocol, it will be erased from our servers.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, you need to have a PayPal account and choose the PayPal option on the first page of the shopping basket section.
On the order confirmation page, once you click on “CONCLUDE ORDER” you will be brought to the PayPal login page. You can therefore conclude your order directly from your PayPal account.
The debit will come about on the value of the PayPal account, without any additional cost.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you may activate one during the PayPal payment procedure.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Select the cash on delivery option on the first page of the shopping basket section. An additional cost will be charged for cash on delivery payments.
The courier does not carry cash and will therefore not be able to give you change, he will require the exact amount relative to your order at the time of delivery.
Remember that the courier will not accept a cheque.
